Maruto 230 NSR are Premium quality, chemically sharpened Japanese hooks originally designed for tuna fishing. These really are superb hooks, forged high carbon steel for ultimate strength with black nickel finish for excellent corrosion resistance. Great for live-baiting, chunking, big wels catfish, bluefin tuna, light tackle marlin fishing and light tackle shark fishing too. Some of our customers have had great success rigging them as Assist hooks on butterfly jigs!
