How do I place my order?

You can place your order online using our secure server, by email quoting your debit/credit card details, or by mail. Show me Leadertec contact details

How can I pay?

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or JCB debit/credit cards,  Paypal, cash transfer to our bank account, or personal cheques if you have a UK bank account. Please do not send cash.

What currency can I pay in?

The online store will offer pricing in US Dollars, Pounds Sterling or Euros depending on your location. You can change the quoted prices to US Dollars, Pounds Sterling or Euros by using the menu on the Right hand side of any page within the site. Please note that the converted prices are offered as a guide and sometimes differ slightly from the latest money market exchange rates.

How safe is my payment?

Our credit card services are provided by Worldpay plc, the largest bank approved internet payment processor in the world. Worldpay manage and operate a complete range of payment systems, all delivering world class solutions. The service is fully secure and bank endorsed, and utilises a range of industry standard and WorldPay unique security and fraud prevention systems, combined with fault tolerant secure server networks and firewalls. The activities of WorldPay are focused solely on the secure electronic collection, management, accounting and payment of money.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We aim to carry all products in stock for immediate delivery. If an item is temporarily unavailable you will be immediately informed by email and offered an alternative if available.

Will I have to pay UK taxes or any import taxes on my purchase?

Leadertec Ltd are based in the United Kingdom (UK). Orders supplied within the UK include Value Added Tax at the current rate of 20% which is shown in the prices displayed on our website. Orders supplied to countries outside the UK will be supplied free of UK tax so please deduct 20% from the prices displayed in the online store when making your purchasing decision. The automated checkout will remove the VAT from your invoice once you have confirmed your delivery address. There may be import tax to pay in your country. You will be responsible for payment of any taxes within your country.

How do I return an item for refund?

Our products are all of the very best quality and our aim is complete customer satisfaction. If you wish to return your purchase, send it back quoting your name, address and email address for an immediate exchange or refund. We recommend using a recorded service as we cannot be resonsible for returns which are lost in transit.

Do you pass on my details to other companies?

Definitely not. We value our privacy, and we know that you do too. We may occasionally mail you details of something we feel may be of interest to you, but that’s it, period!
