Our Heavy duty monofilament cutters will cleanly cut nylon and fluorocarbon up to 1500 lb. The tough spring loaded Carbon steel jaws will also cleanly cut superbraid, waxed thread, fish fins & bones and even in an emergency beer cans, light fish hooks or 250 lb wire! We don’t suggest that you make a habit of that though………
